Nice place to go for coffee, This is the only tim hortons washroom that there no gap between toilet partation, nobody could see each other. Thank you for proper door design

Ordered a chicken bacon ranch wrap with crispy chicken. Got something completely different. Ordered a sandwich with a chocolate muffin ad my side, they charged me for wedges as well and didn't even fill the cup. And they weren't even busy...

It makes no sense why the owners of this location continue to employ the manager. She is so rude!! The food is just terrible. The drive through in the morning is so slow. She is very mean to her young staff and if they request a day off she penalizes them by not giving them any future shifts. She clearly has mental health issues. If I owned this restaurant and compared the P&L statements from when the last manager ran this store to the current manager I am certain they must be incurring a huge loss here. Everyone in Armstrong talks about how terrible this restaurant has become. If the owners don't care about their restaurant then just shut it down!!!

Both times I've visited this establishment happens to be this week, and both were a bit aggravating. The first time, despite explaining when ordering that I'd never redeemed my points before, and wanted to, the girl didn't listen to me and scanned my phone instead of showing me how to do it and then told me I couldn't redeem pts that day now, sooo rather than being able to use some of my over 500 pts I ended up paying ten bucks, and the next time the guy argued with me that I didn't have pts to begin with, which, I sure did.. Then couldn't redeem them for two drinks for whatever reason and still made me pay for one drink again in the end. But, the drinks were delicious so I still gave a few stars â

"Chicken" burgers are cheap, and there's a reason for it. The donut I had wasn't even close to tasting fresh. I hadn't been to Tim's for a while, it it will be a long time before I go again. But I do like their Iced Caps!

Good food. Would have given 5 stars but every now and then, our order isn't quite right. An item forgotten or eggs in an order, where you asked for no eggs due to allergies.

On Wednesday, March 11th at 145 pm I stopped into the store for a coffee. The counter staff explained to me that the roll up to win program had been altered due to health concerns that are understandable and is a good practice going forward. I was, however, unable to find an empty table that was clean without dirty dishes or that had been sanitized between customers. Your standards are not acceptable for cleanliness and with current health concerns for everyone, you need to step it up. Sorry, Tim Hortons has lost my business.

I'm surprised this place hasn't gone down hill yet.... drive thru is slow, manager is rude, and I can tell there very understaffed which creates stress upon the workers. its just not living up to what it used to be, constantly raising prices, and many other things that just isn't right, can't imagine what it would be like to work there.....

This is a relatively new location just at the entrance to a new sub division a kilometer outside of Armstrong coming from Vernon. It is clean and very very busy; as all Tim Horton franchises are, the lucky owner has his own license to print money. Staffing in this area is a problem, as there are too many jobs and not enough people to fill them. This area is growing quickly and property prices reflect the surge in population due to baby boomers moving in and resettling after selling on the CoastJmb

Out there on the highway, but conveniently placed. Little else to say than it's a Timmy's. However, at the time of visiting, it was fairly cold...which subtracted my enjoyment of the place. Other than that, no problems.

Worst experience. Customer service was very poor. One of the baiglewas burnt and initially the service rep was not accepting to swap. 2ndly the other sandwich was not given and the rep was keep saying that the order is done. Showing them the order given by them and the receipt they were not accepting their mistake. There after they gave the missing sandwich with no excuse Nd in such a way that they were giving free beez.My worst experience ever.
